Staff

Reverend Timothy Bennett is a graduate of Geneva College and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Timothy served as the pastor of Cannelton Community Baptist church for five years before coming to Main Street Baptist in January of 1982. He and his wife Peggy are both natives of South Jersey. They have three sons, and are now enjoying three grandchildren.

Lois Klenchik has been church secretary for 10 years. She has taught the Primary / Elementary Sunday School class for 30 years, and serves on the church council as Chairperson of the Christian Education Committee. Lois is an avid supporter of the Vacation Bible School program, and has been directing or consulting on V.B.S. for many years.

Joseph A. Kotylo is a lifelong musician who has served throughout the country with his gifts. A native to Detroit, Joe is a graduate of the church music institute of the Roman Catholic Ardiocese of Detroit. He has also earned degrees in music from St. Joseph’s College, Binghamton University, and the University of Colorado. Dr. Kotylo has been with Main Street for over 35 years.

Jan Kliewer served as choir director in numerous churches before coming to Main Street. He has earned a Bachelor of Sacred Music degree from Baptist Bible College, a Master of Music degree from Binghamton University, and spent five years training in the Tri-Cities Opera. Besides his work in opera, Jan has sung in many oratorios with various choral groups.
